How long does shipping usually take? 

Please allow 5-7 days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. (Due to Covid-19 shipping may take longer than usual) 

What should I do if my product is damaged upon arrival? 

Please email us  with a photo of the damaged item and your order number at hello@lascafeteras.com within 5 days of receiving your items. We will be happy to replace them for you. No te precupes Hij@! 

Can I return an item? 

Yes, you can return an item as long as it is not worn, used, or damaged. Sale or clearance items are not returnable. 

How will I know if an item will fit?
